Hey, I just want to say I am extremely pumped up about the GGF Biggest Loser contest! Had my first work out with my personal trainer, Tyler Soli/Green Team. What a great work out, the benefit of having a personal trainer is the best part of this competition. Expecially when you have a back problem, which I do right now and Tyler knew what I should and shouldn't be doing! Thanks Tyler!
For all of you, best of luck. Stay focused and don't give in to the bad temptations you have in the past! Not easy, I'm right there with you!

Ok,so monday was my first day traiing with Tyler. It is now Thursday and I can finally walk up and down the stairs with out crying! This is WAY harder than what I thought, but I am so glad I joined the Green Team after Keri twisted my arm...This is going to be great!

Wow, glad im not the only one that was walking like I was 90. Today my arms really hurt but my legs are better. Im a little discouraged though I have gained weight instead of losing. Im even doing the special K diet and doing yoga at night. Not sure what im doing wrong.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about your personal trainer working with you instead of just working you. I have a bad knee and ankle and suffer from fibromyalgia and my trainer (Jen) helps push me to MY limits, not anyone else. And she doesnt' make me feel like I am a failure for not doing the same as everybody else. GO TEAM RED!
