Low Cal Recipes
I had low cal Beef Stroganoff with fat free sour cream & wheat noodles last night and it was delicious! Also for lunch today I brought tuna with a tablespoon(actually a little less than that) of olive oil light mayo and for flavor i put in salsa starter (chopped tomato, onion, cilantro & jalapeno) stuff (in the vegi section in Hugos)in and it gives it so much flavor, put it on 100 cal bread or the 80 cal bread even better and you have a delicious healthy lunch!! I also did the same thing with crab flakes for crab salad it was yummy! Kerri ate it all!!!:) Have a happy, healthy week!! MJ
